The Krogen 38 was designed by Jim Krogen as his own personal sailboat for gunkholing in the shoal waters of Florida and the Bahamas. She's meant to be single or shorthanded weeks at a time in a sailors paradise. The interior is varnished teak and white battened overhead. Ten bronze opening port lights, 4 aluminum framed deck hatches, three deck prisms, (4)four - 4" Dorade vents and 1 cabin fan provide excellent natural light and ventilation. There is DC LED lighting including courtesy lights to illuminate the teak and holly cabin sole.

•The forward cabin has a double vee berth, port & starboard shelves, counter with sink, hanging locker, cabnetry, deck hatch, and two opening ports.

•The head compartment is to port with a manual head & holding tank (deck discharge with bypass for direct discharge) separate shower stall, shower grate, independent shower sump pump, cabinet and storage shelves, and opening port.

•The salon's port dinette and starboard settee serve as comfortable doube and single berths with storage, behind and outboard. The teak table seats 4 adults, the starboard table adds 2 more.

•The L-shaped galley to starboard has storage galore, double stainless steel sink, hot and cold pressure water, shore side water with an Atlantic Marine 10 Gal. 110v AC/engine heated water heater, a large top load insulated ice box w/ Isotherm compact classic model 2501, 12v DC refrigeration (2014), a gimbal 3 burner Hillerange propane stove/oven.

•The forward facing, fold down navigation station is across from the galley in the mater stateroom.

•The master stateroom is aft to port with a comfortable double hanging locker, large mirror, counter with sink and cabinetry.
